Cheese with Pepper
The dish Cheese with Pepper (in portuguese "Queijo Branco com Pimenta da Terra") is generally served as an entrance, being a typical dish of the gastronomy of the Azores. This white cheese is usually cow or goat cheese and the ground pepper is put on top of it. This typical dish is usually accompanied with bread.
