- 1. The return and/or exchange process is checked on a case-by-case basis by AZ LOVERS, Lda. The request must arrive in a writing form to the e-mail: sitesupport@azoreslovers.com, within 2 days of receiving the order, being the instructions of cancellation or return of the value paid and/or return of the merchandise, defined by AZ LOVERS, Lda. , through the same means of communication.
- 2. Whenever possible, the return must be made through the same payment method, but if this is not possible, the user must provide proof of the payment and account or card ownership, in order to make a return by Bank Transfer.
- 3. AZ LOVERS, Lda. undertakes to reimburse the customer within 15 days for national orders, and 21 days for international orders.
- 4. The products returned must be in a condition of sale (without any anomaly or damage), that means, in the same state in which they arrived at the customer.
- 5. If the value resulting from the exchange of products of an order is lower or higher than the initial value of the order, the adjustment conditions will be indicated by AZ LOVERS, Lda.
- 6. The shipping costs for AZ LOVERS, Lda. will be supported by the customer, as well as the shipping costs of the new order (in case of exchange).
