A Mousse de Maracujá dos Açores é uma sobremesa especial porque é feita com uma das iguarias do arquipélago, o seu maracujá, que apesar de ser doce tem uma pequena quantidade de acidez, tornando, por isso mesmo, esta sobremesa em algo fora do normal.
Ingredients 8 Maracujás ou 200g de polpa de maracujá 2 Pacotes de natas 1 Lata de leite condensado 3 Folhas de gelatina
PREPARATION METHOD 1. Beat the cream into a bowl and then add the condensed milk. In case you have opted for the fruits, cut them and remove the core to the blender. Go through a strainer to get the seeds. 2. Slowly wrap the passion fruit pulp in the previous preparation. 3. Without boiling, melt the gelatin leaves with a little bit of water and put it on the microwave, or just melt them water in warm water. Add the gelatin to the previous preparation. 4. Put the preparation in individual little bowls and refrigerate for two to three hours. 5. You can decorate with some passionfruit seeds and reserve the juice of the passionfruit to put it over the mousse.
