This dish, which can be served as a starter, combines the pineapple of the Azores with the black pudding (delicacy of the Portuguese cuisine). The Morcela com Anan\u00e1s dish is therefore a bittersweet combination that delights anyone who visits our islands.<\/p>\n
Ingredients<\/strong> \u00a04 Rodelas de Anan\u00e1s com a Casca \u00a01 dl de Azeite \u00a01 Black Pudding \u00a0P\u00e3o \u00a0Sal q.b. \u00a0Pimenta q.b. \u00a02 Dentes de Alho<\/p>\n
