A Mousse de Maracuj\u00e1 dos A\u00e7ores \u00e9 uma sobremesa especial porque \u00e9 feita com uma das iguarias do arquip\u00e9lago, o seu maracuj\u00e1, que apesar de ser doce tem uma pequena quantidade de acidez, tornando, por isso mesmo, esta sobremesa em algo fora do normal.<\/p>\n
Ingredients<\/strong> \u00a08 Maracuj\u00e1s ou 200g de polpa de maracuj\u00e1 \u00a02 Pacotes de natas \u00a01 Lata de leite condensado \u00a03 Folhas de gelatina<\/p>\n
PREPARATION METHOD<\/strong> 1.<\/strong>\u00a0Beat the cream into a bowl and then add the condensed milk. In case you have opted for the fruits, cut them and remove the core to the blender. Go through a strainer to get the seeds. 2.<\/strong>\u00a0Slowly wrap the passion fruit pulp in the previous preparation. 3.<\/strong>\u00a0Without boiling, melt the gelatin leaves with a little bit of water and put it on the microwave, or just melt them water in warm water. Add the gelatin to the previous preparation. 4.<\/strong>\u00a0Put the preparation in individual little bowls and refrigerate for two to three hours. 5.<\/strong>\u00a0You can decorate with some passionfruit seeds and reserve the juice of the passionfruit to put it over the mousse.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
